Sometimes things just don’t work out…
So if you are not satisfied with your OOLOOP purchase, fill out the form below and pop it in the mail.
All items are returnable within 15 day after receiving purchase, unless marked final sale. Extended returns for for all purchases made after 11/23/23, just please let us know by 1/1/24 that you would like to return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund all items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your request for a return, we will contact you within two business days with further instructions.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
$7 shipping fee may be deducted from refund on orders over $150.
International orders must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds for international duties are dependent upon each countries duty refund rules and regulations.
Gift Cards are not refundable.
