Sometimes things just don’t work out…

So if you are not satisfied with your OOLOOP purchase, fill out the form below and pop it in the mail.

All items are returnable within 15 day after receiving purchase, unless marked final sale.

Items bought during From November 25th through December 22nd have an extended return window until January 7th.

To be eligible for a refund all items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your request for a return, we will contact you within two business days with further instructions.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

A $7 flat fee will be deducted for return labels.

International orders must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds for international duties are dependent upon each countries duty refund rules and regulations.

Gift Cards are not refundable.
